Plantwide Mission-Critical Communications
Voice, Data & Messaging for Increased Safety & Rapid Response
Keep everyone informed about plant status and emergency situations with the most advanced communications system yet devised for use in harsh industrial environments. By keeping everyone up-to-date and in contact wherever they are in the plant, wireless communication improves overall safety and security. Key knowledge can be applied to problems as they occur, essential personnel brought into action sooner, and decisions made faster. On-the-spot reporting provides managers with input for short-term and future planning.
The Ascom IP-DECT System combines the dedicated and proven DECT 6.0 standard with an IP data network to create premium wireless VoIP applications on a single infrastructure. Seamlessly integrating with TDM-PBXs or IP-PBXs, Ascom IP-DECT provides a broad variety of features such as caller ID, transfer and hold, plus personal safety monitoring with accident alerts for maintenance crews, engineers and technicians working in less than ideal environments.
