As we work together through the completion stages of a project, Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) is available for some of the more complex systems we provide. This will ensure we meet and exceed our customers expectations by demonstrating the required functionality of the equipment.

We will be here to support you throughout the life cycle of the product from installation to coordinating any required repairs. We partner with leading manufacturers who produce high quality products often covered under a manufacturers warranty. We will be here to support you through any potential warranty issues, liaising with the manufacturer when required.

As an Authorized Service Center for i.safe MOBILE, we are approved to carry out repairs on their full range of hazardous area mobile devices. Our goal is to provide the best customer service to our valued customers in the event of a product issue. For warranty work and repairs you can easily submit a request via our portal. All the necessary information is displayed as mandatory fields when you create the ticket. We kindly ask you to save all important data and settings of your defective device before sending it to Exloc Instruments’ Service Center in Montgomery, TX. Then please send the unit to the address provided to you. You will be informed of the address in an automated e-mail directly after the ticket has been created.
