The iSCAN212 Series is a range of handheld Bluetooth barcode scanners, designed for use in hazardous areas.
Choose your Ex certification level
The iSCAN212 is designed for use in ATEX and IECEx Zone 2 and 22 hazardous areas.
The iSCAN211 is designed for use in ATEX and IECEx Zone 1 and 21 hazardous areas, and so can also be used in Zone 2 and 22 areas as well if needed.
Bluetooth capability
Read barcodes wherever you need with wireless operation and Bluetooth link. Use with either a Bluetooth base station, or with a smart device such as a tablet alongside a changing station, to suit your application.
Flexible charging
The iSCAN212 can be recharged in either the hazardous area or the safe area, depending on the base station you choose. Spare batteries are also available, to fit in with your work patterns.

The iSCAN212 records barcodes quickly and accurately, reaching speeds of up to 60 scans per second.

Great for hard to reach locations
The scan line is wider than conventional laser scanners, making it easier to see. Combined with the long reading distance, this makes it simple to read barcodes, even in awkward areas. The iSCAN212 also works effectively in bright sunlight, up to 100,000 lux.
