The D5014D provides two fully floating dc supplies for energizing two 2/3/4-wire 0/4-20 mA transmitters located in a hazardous location, and repeats the current in floating circuits to drive two independent safe area loads which may be sourcing or sinking. It may also be used with suitably certified separately-powered transmitters.

The D5014D may also be configured to enable a single transmitter to provide two separate isolated outputs to the safe area (duplicator mode). The D5014D allows bi-directional communication signals for HART transmitters. Safety/Entity Parameters: Uo/Voc=25.9V, Io/Isc=92mA, Po/Po=594mW at terminals 7-8, 9-10, when used with two-wire transmitters.
