Description

The Armadex Ex UniCase Galaxy Tab A11+ integrates the Samsung Galaxy Tab A11+ into a rugged, explosion-protected enclosure for industrial use. The solution is designed for ATEX and IECEx Zone 2 gas and Zone 22 dust environments.

This setup gives field teams access to familiar tablet functionality in hazardous areas. Use it for maintenance documentation, inspections, work instructions, reporting, photography, and compatible field applications.

Rugged Protection With Tablet Functionality

The UniCase provides impact-resistant protection while retaining access to the tablet's buttons, cameras, audio components, and USB-C port. An impact-resistant polycarbonate display window protects the touchscreen, while the main enclosure uses ESD-safe POM-C construction.

A USB-C sealing cover protects the charging port during operation. The enclosure also incorporates a silicone rubber O-ring and transparent Plexiglas back cover for additional protection.

The enclosure is configured for the 11-inch Samsung Galaxy Tab A11+ platform, with 128 GB, 256 GB, and 512 GB storage options. 

Modular Design for Long-Term Deployment

Device-specific ABS corner inlays position the tablet securely inside the universal UniCase enclosure. This modular system allows the tablet to be replaced or upgraded without replacing the certified enclosure, subject to a compatible Armadex inlay.
