The Armadex Ex UniCase Surface Go 11″ is a certified tablet solution for use in ATEX and IECEx Zone 2 and Zone 22 hazardous areas. It combines the Microsoft Surface Go platform with a robust, explosion-protected UniCase enclosure designed for demanding industrial environments.

As covered by the certification, it is permissible for end users to self-install the tablet, provided that installation is performed in strict accordance with the instructions and guidelines provided by Armadex. Failure to follow the provided installation instructions may void the certification and/or product warranty. Armadex/Exloc Instruments is not responsible for damages, malfunctions, or safety issues resulting from installation performed outside the scope of the provided instructions.

The UniCase housing offers high mechanical protection while maintaining full usability of the device. All key functions, including buttons, cameras, microphone, speakers, and USB-C connectivity, remain accessible without compromise.

The system complies with Directive 2014/34/EU and relevant ATEX and IECEx standards. Its modular UniCase design allows the Surface Go to be replaced or upgraded without altering the certified enclosure, ensuring flexibility and longterm value.
