The Armadex Ex UniCase for iPad Pro M5 is a high-performance ATEX/IECEx iPad solution for industrial work in Zone 2 gas and Zone 22 dust environments. It combines the 11-inch Apple iPad Pro M5 platform with a protective enclosure to create a certified iPad for hazardous areas.

This iPad Pro M5 hazardous area tablet solution supports inspection, reporting, visualization, documentation, and other industrial field work where personnel need access to a Zone 2 or Zone 22 iPad.

Get Hazardous Area iPad Protection Without Sacrificing Access

The Armadex Ex UniCase provides mechanical and impact protection while maintaining access to the core functions of the iPad Pro M5 hazardous area tablet. Buttons, cameras, microphones, speakers, and the USB-C port remain accessible for practical use in the field.

An impact-resistant polycarbonate display window protects the touchscreen. The explosion-proof iPad enclosure also incorporates ESD-safe POM-C, a transparent Plexiglas back cover, and a silicone rubber O-ring.

Modular Design for Longer Deployments

Device-specific modular ABS corner inlays position the tablet inside a universal UniCase enclosure. This upgrade-friendly design allows the tablet to be replaced or upgraded without replacing the intrinsically safe iPad enclosure itself.
